Ignite Nexus ("the App") is operated by Ignite The Human Spark SEZC ("we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in the Cayman Islands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when using the App:
Service Request Forms: When you submit a request through the Skyrocket tab, we collect your name, email address, organisation, role, phone number, preferred dates, and message content.
HPI Report Downloads: When you request a copy of The Human Pressure Index report, we collect your name, company name, and email address.
Booking Information: When you schedule a consultation through our integrated Cal.com booking system, your booking details are processed by Cal.com in accordance with their privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to respond to your service enquiries and consultation requests, deliver requested reports and resources, schedule and confirm bookings, send relevant follow-up communications about our services, and improve our App and services.
Data Storage
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Supabase (database storage), EmailJS (email notifications), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Buzzsprout (podcast audio streaming), and Synthesia (video course hosting).

Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with the third-party service providers listed above as necessary to deliver our services.

Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
